Associate Attorney – Elder Law and Probate

What you'll do

• Manage an assigned caseload involving estate planning, probate, elder law, asset protection, conservatorships, guardianships and related litigation
• handle cases from initial client engagement through conclusion
• collaborate with attorneys
• meet prospective clients during intake
• maintain accurate timekeeping and meet annual billable-hour expectations.
