What you'll do

• Prepare handmade sandwiches, salads, baguettes, and other menu items
• cook hot food following Pret recipes and standards
• prepare barista drinks and practice latte art
• restock food displays and shelves
• check and record food temperatures
• greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions
• follow food safety and health and safety rules
• keep the workspace clean
• set up, clean, and maintain equipment
• complete temperature checks and equipment tests.
