Assistant Spa Manager

What you'll do

• Meet membership sales goals
• sell gift cards and spa services
• learn the service menu
• provide customer service and build client relationships
• communicate sales, promotions, and service options
• uphold spa cleanliness standards
• answer phones and schedule appointments
• file documents
• assist with payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting
• train sales associates and work with spa managers.
