What you'll do

• Develop leasing strategies for communities in the assigned region
• analyze rental rates, competitor marketing, and lead-to-lease metrics
• conduct property tours
• process applications, background checks, and lease documents in compliance with Fair Housing laws
• check community presentation and vacant-unit readiness
• coach on-site leasing teams
• support training, resident events, retention programs, and resolution of resident concerns.
