What you'll do

• Coordinate and assign driver routes according to schedules, routes, and customer needs
• communicate with drivers, customers, and team members about service updates and schedule changes
• monitor daily operations and adjust schedules
• maintain dispatch, delivery, and customer communication records
• answer incoming calls
• track service progress and report delays or issues
• assist with administrative tasks and data entry.
