What you'll do

• Monitor, validate, and record high-volume accounts payable transactions and bank debits
• enter invoices with accurate coding and operating-company selection
• review receipts and monitor employee compliance with corporate credit card use
• reconcile corporate card activity and variances related to integration issues
• communicate with accounting team members, supervisor, collections specialist, and accounts receivable specialist
• prepare special reports or other requested projects.
