Membership Service Representative

What you'll do

• Read the membership communication book at shift start
• assist with tours
• learn membership brochures and front desk manuals
• reconcile the daily cash drawer
• greet and assist members
• answer and transfer calls and take messages
• maintain a clean, supplied, organized service desk
• oversee member and guest check-in
• process transactions and program registrations
• promote family memberships and program enrollment
• attend staff meetings and YMCA open houses
• arrange shift coverage when unable to work.
