What you'll do
- Communicate with residents about meal selections and assist with meal delivery
- support dining, meal and snack setup, transportation, and eating
- assist with grooming and oral care
- respond to call bells and provide comfort or support
- keep resident care items stocked
- cross-train across neighborhoods
- tidy resident rooms and common areas
- observe and report resident needs to nursing staff
- maintain safety
- transport residents to meals, programs, and outings
- provide one-to-one companionship and encourage leisure activities.
