The AI Strategist — Enterprise Deployments role is in person in the San Francisco Bay Area. Compensation is $200,000–$375,000 per year. FlowGen Labs builds context-aware AI agents for customized SAP environments to automate complex finance and operations workflows. The strategist owns customer outcomes from discovery through deployment, adoption, measurement, and expansion. By translating operational workflows into executable plans and measurable goals, the role helps customers realize business value from autonomous agents while informing FlowGen’s product and deployment approach.

What you'll do

• Own customer engagements from discovery through deployment, adoption, measurement, and expansion
• understand customer workflows, decisions, exceptions, controls, data sources, failure modes, and workarounds
• prioritize workflows by value, feasibility, data readiness, risk, and organizational readiness
• define measurable deployment outcomes
• lead working sessions with executives, process owners, SAP teams, IT, security, compliance, and frontline users
• identify opportunities to expand automation to adjacent workflows.
