What you'll do

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, vendors, and visitors
• monitor dispatch communications, alarms, cameras, and access activity
• receive, document, prioritize, and relay information
• coordinate dispatch of security personnel and resources in response to incidents and requests
• respond to critical situations according to site procedures
• maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift records
• communicate relevant information during shift changes.
