National Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Lead national sales strategy for capital equipment, upgrades, retrofits, and aftermarket services
• own bookings targets, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
• coach regional sales managers and sales engineers
• lead complex sales cycles, pricing, ROI/TCO justification, and contract negotiation
• grow parts, service-agreement, and installed-base revenue
• oversee related customer service and commercial operations
• represent customer needs internally
• monitor competition and adjust go-to-market strategy.
