• monitor competitor activity, permitting practices, and zoning changes. Help identify signage and telecom opportunities, coordinate information and approvals across departments, prepare approval documentation, and negotiate agreements with property owners. Work with outside professionals on due diligence, drawings, permits, and violations
• maintain property-owner relationships, records, and files
• and conduct field work.
