What you'll do

• Visit jobsites to assess safety, workmanship, productivity, and scope compliance
• provide technical support for installation challenges, code questions, and inspections
• coach Lead Installers and develop Apprentices
• review warranty feedback, callbacks, failed inspections, photos, and testing records
• evaluate performance and advancement readiness
• coordinate with installation management, planning, materials, and scheduling
• verify required records and project closeout.
