Substance Use Disorder Counselor — Clinical Services

What you'll do

• Conduct individual counseling on substance use, mental health, recovery planning, relapse prevention, and motivational engagement
• facilitate or co-facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups
• screen clients and complete intake procedures
• conduct clinical and case management assessments
• document admission, progress, and discharge
• coordinate aftercare and community resources
• collaborate with care teams and external partners
• participate in case conferences, quality reviews, training, and supervision.
