What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level through senior-level roles
• partner with hiring managers on requirements and sourcing approaches
• source and engage passive candidates
• manage 15+ requisitions at a time
• create sourcing strategies
• coordinate candidate updates and feedback
• maintain ATS records
• improve recruiting processes
• assist with offers, references, and pre-employment steps
• support recruiting events as needed.
