The client is a seed-stage AI data company that supplies multilingual voice and enterprise data to AI labs and builds real-world reinforcement learning environments. As the first engineering hire, this role builds reinforcement learning environments and production AI agents while shaping technical direction with the co-founders. It also establishes and leads the engineering function as the company grows.
