What you'll do

• Oversee daily department operations, workflow, and productivity
• review and assist with complex hospital, medical-provider, and lien negotiations
• monitor performance, quality, and turnaround times
• implement process improvements
• collaborate with attorneys and leadership on escalated matters
• review settlement documentation for accuracy and compliance
• recruit, train, and evaluate team members.
