What you'll do

• Advise and represent clients in applicable practice areas
• draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, pleadings, transactional documents, estate-planning materials, and other legal instruments as applicable
• manage matters, deadlines, client communications, and strategic next steps
• conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and agencies
• collaborate across practice groups
• travel occasionally as business needs require.
