What you'll do

• Organize, sort, and redistribute incoming merchandise
• follow safety procedures
• operate forklift and bale/recycling machinery when certified
• perform baling, stack bales, and load them onto trucks
• sort textiles, hard goods, quality merchandise, recyclables, and trash
• maintain material flow toward production goals
• price and stock merchandise
• keep work and sales areas clean and organized
• assist with truck loading and unloading
• and attend required meetings and training. May back up the Team Lead and, with a current driver's license and clean driving record, Transportation.
