Import Customer Service Representative — Customs Brokerage

What you'll do

• Prepare and process customs entries and bonds
• complete regulatory documentation, transit documents, and customs clearances
• maintain client-specific HTS databases
• distribute and release shipment documents
• review client billing
• apply knowledge of Incoterms and commercial invoices
• build relationships with logistics vendors
• prepare reports
• provide professional customer service.
