Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager role is onsite in Hot Springs, AR. Pay is $12–$14 per hour. The position supports day-to-day operations at GPM Investments’ convenience store. The assistant manager helps maintain store coverage, customer service, team performance, inventory, and financial controls. The role supports the Store Manager and acts as manager when the Store Manager is away.

What you'll do

• Support daily store operations
• run the register and assist customers
• coach team members on upselling
• help hire, train, and lead staff
• act as manager when the Store Manager is off
• handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising
• maintain store cleanliness
• create team schedules
• handle cash, deposits, and store financials
• and provide team feedback and leadership. Open availability, including weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts, is required.
