Life Engagement Coordinator

The Life Engagement Coordinator role is onsite in Holstein, IA. Compensation is $18 per hour. The position supports resident engagement across all levels of care at Holstein Senior Living, whose communities provide seniors with care and support.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement resident activities based on individual preferences and the Six Dimensions of Wellness
• complete Life Story and wellness assessments for new residents
• supervise, train, and mentor engagement staff
• coordinate outings and community events
• maintain activity spaces, supplies, equipment, volunteer involvement, records, and the monthly calendar and newsletter
• manage the department budget. Memory Care life stations and the resident store are managed if applicable.
