What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care in the home setting.
• Document resident history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Supervise unlicensed personnel and assume overall nursing accountability for a resident assignment.
• Serve in leadership roles on department/organizational task forces and committees.
