What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions, skill-building, and supportive services
• use behavioral reinforcement, de-escalation, structured activities, and cognitive behavioral approaches
• collaborate with treatment teams, caregivers, and guardians
• maintain safety, confidentiality, accurate documentation, and program compliance
• participate in supervision, meetings, training, and transportation activities as needed.
