Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Repair toilet facilities and clear drains
• perform general labor and debris removal
• maintain door hardware, furniture, and floors
• perform basic painting and mechanical-space cleaning
• replace lamps, air filters, ceiling tiles, and fire extinguishers
• clean and inspect engineering areas and equipment
• obtain parts and supplies using employer-provided vehicles
• follow safety protocols and report hazards
• participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies
• interact with tenants, contractors, and property managers.
