What you'll do

• Supervise frontline associates
• handle customer complaints and operational issues
• liaise among customers, staff, and management
• assist with training, scheduling, payroll, and administrative duties
• support shuttle fleet upkeep
• monitor facility safety and cleanliness
• manage damage claims
• process cash receipts and deposits
• ensure policy compliance
• prepare reports and conduct projects. May fill in for frontline associates or the Account Manager, including on second shift or weekends.
