Molder — First Shift

What you'll do

• Verify tooling and markings on the production line
• place sleeves, sprue, upsets, and chills on patterns according to job tickets
• select the proper recipe and fill the mold box
• vibrate, tuck, and pack molds as required
• strip molds at the appropriate time
• clean patterns and the mold mixer
• track molds produced
• calibrate binder and catalyst daily
• replace chemical totes as needed.
