What you'll do

• Assist with inspection, maintenance, and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facility systems
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• perform preventive maintenance
• maintain work orders, inspection, and repair records
• coordinate repairs and facility upgrades with the maintenance team and other departments
• follow safety and regulatory standards.
