Job overview

The Cook role is onsite in Long Prairie, MN. Compensation is $22.25–$24.75 per hour. The position supports the Dietary Department and prepares meals for residents according to daily menus and dietary requirements.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food safely and on time
• follow menus, standardized recipes, portion controls, and food-temperature requirements
• supervise the Second Cook and Dietary Aides in food preparation and sanitation
• manage food storage and waste
• record meal counts and temperatures
• and maintain the dietary logbook.
