What you'll do

• Teach independent living skills and assist with personal care
• arrange or provide transportation
• support recreation and inclusion and plan vacations
• administer, monitor, and record medication distribution according to policy
• review medical logs
• coordinate medical appointments and follow-up
• coordinate and provide staff training
• communicate consumer needs and guide staff interactions
• attend staff and consumer-related meetings
• maintain schedules and reports
• use Therap to complete logs
• document and reconcile consumer account transactions
• ensure preventative maintenance and vehicle service and inspections.
