The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Marshall, MI, with starting wages of $47.40–$60.90 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment, subject to limited-time availability. The nurse supports residents at MediLodge of Marshall, a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation facility. The RN plans and provides resident nursing care, coordinates care plans, administers treatments and medications, documents observations, and supervises clinical staff to support safe, individualized care.

What you'll do

• Lead team conferences for individualized care plans
• assess and document resident conditions and needs
• implement physician orders
• assign and supervise nursing care
• administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
• participate in staff orientation and training
• assist physicians with tests and procedures within scope
• coordinate care with other departments
• supervise unit staffing and scheduling
• report and record resident observations.
