What you'll do

• Ask questions and recommend phones, plans, home internet, tablets, and accessories
• explain options and close sales
• track sales goals and apply coaching
• process activations, upgrades, payments, and account changes
• protect customer information
• stay current on products and promotions
• provide customer service
• maintain store cleanliness, stock, cash, inventory, and security procedures.
