Customer Service Representative, Collision Repair

The Customer Service Representative role is an onsite, full-time position in Edmonds, WA, paying $20–$27 per hour. Accurate records and attentive service support customer confidence and the repair center’s workflow.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and provide professional reception
• answer calls and respond to voicemail
• explain repair, insurance, payment, and delivery processes
• communicate customer needs and issues to the Estimator and Center Leader
• schedule appointments
• coordinate initial insurance assignments and customer information
• prepare repair files and verify documentation
• audit parts invoices and banking transactions
• maintain the lobby, supplies, and required shop documents.
