What you'll do

• Own assigned requisitions from intake through acceptance
• lead intake meetings and define success profiles and scorecards
• advise on talent availability and compensation
• design interview loops
• direct sourcing and screening resources
• evaluate work samples and facilitate debriefs
• manage offer strategy and negotiation
• build interview frameworks and training materials
• mentor junior recruiters.
