What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center and specialty construction projects
• develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• define scope and deliverables
• ensure compliance with specifications, codes, safety, and quality standards
• coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• manage client communication and expectations
• mitigate risks
• oversee budgets, forecasts, procurement, contracts, and change orders
• conduct site visits
• maintain project documentation
• manage closeout, turnover, and commissioning support.
