What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding
• partner with hiring managers on workforce needs and candidate profiles
• recruit for production, machining, maintenance, assembly, engineering, and quality roles
• build talent pipelines
• source candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, schools, and community partners
• screen and interview candidates
• track recruiting metrics
• collaborate with HR and hiring leaders to improve processes and onboarding.
