The Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) — Inpatient Nights role is onsite in Miami, FL, at the Hospice Inpatient Center at North Shore Hospital. Pay is $35–$37 per hour, with a shift differential; the schedule is three 12-hour shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. after weekday daytime training, with rotating weekends. AccentCare’s hospice team provides compassionate care to patients and families. The nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized hospice care, coordinating with physicians, the interdisciplinary team, and caregivers. The role supports patients and families through end-of-life care, maintains accurate records, and participates in team-based coverage and care coordination.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care through individualized care plans
• coordinate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and caregivers
• document patient needs, goals, and interventions
• educate and support patients and caregivers on medication, personal care, mobility, and end-of-life preparation
• provide emotional and physical support at time of death
• participate in 24/7 care coverage, team meetings, aide supervision, training, and special projects
• follow nursing regulations. A state nursing license, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and required auto insurance are specified.
