The manager establishes documentation governance and leads a team responsible for accurate, controlled, field-usable operational content. This work helps data center teams execute safely and consistently, maintain operational readiness, and support reliability, compliance, and incident response.

What you'll do

• Own documentation strategy and governance for Central Data Center Operations, including standards, lifecycle management, approvals, version control, ownership, and publishing
• lead and develop documentation staff and contributors
• establish standards for SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, runbooks, maintenance instructions, readiness guides, turnover packages, knowledge articles, escalation guides, and playbooks
• partner with technical subject matter experts to create field-ready procedures
• keep documentation aligned with infrastructure changes, commissioning, incident learnings, maintenance, vendor scope, safety, and risk controls
• drive reviews, validation, readability, audit trails, and refresh cycles
• develop taxonomy, templates, metadata, repositories, dashboards, and reporting
• support onboarding, qualification, training, and abnormal-event readiness
• measure documentation health and manage vendor support, tooling, migration, localization, and digitization where applicable.
