Traveling Senior Mechanical Project Manager

The Traveling Senior Mechanical Project Manager role is based in or near Columbus, OH, with nationwide travel to project sites. Salary is $130,000–$180,000 per year. The role leads commercial mechanical construction projects across the United States. The project manager is responsible for project financials, procurement, schedules, coordination, and quality and safety execution. By managing design-build and plan-and-spec work across HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal, the role helps deliver projects in new and existing markets.

What you'll do

• Travel nationwide to manage commercial mechanical projects
• own budgets, forecasts, schedule of values, billing, and margin
• lead buyout, procurement, and local subcontractor/vendor setup
• manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and field leadership
• oversee MEP coordination using Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP
• enforce safety and quality standards.
