Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver role is onsite in Culleoka, TN, with part-time employment and varying shifts available, including first, second, third, and PRN shifts. Compensation is $16 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour for weekend shifts. Waves supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living meaningful lives with dignity and independence. The caregiver provides individualized, non-medical support that helps people with daily living, community engagement, and independence. The role follows individual care plans and works with the team to maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment.

Why this role

Paid training is offered. A high school diploma or GED and a valid Tennessee driver’s license are required; applicants must pass a background check and drug screen and work in person.
