What you'll do

• Inspect residential and commercial reconstruction sites
• develop scopes using Xactimate and other estimating software
• prepare estimates, proposals, supplements, budgets, and supporting documents
• review plans, engineering reports, and insurance documents
• negotiate and secure projects
• present scopes and estimates
• build customer and referral relationships
• identify additional opportunities
• coordinate project handoffs with Project Managers and Operations
• maintain project documentation and timely communication.
