The Certified Medical Assistant role is onsite in Clearwater, FL, with compensation of $22–$23 per hour. LifeWorks Wellness Center provides integrative and natural health care for patients with a range of chronic health conditions. The role supports practitioner-directed treatment by preparing equipment, verifying orders and consent, educating and monitoring patients, documenting care, and maintaining a safe, clean clinical environment. The position is full-time, at least 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

What you'll do

• Prepare equipment and complete daily setup checklists
• greet patients and verify treatment information
• confirm current practitioner orders and signed consents
• explain treatments and the importance of consistency
• track patient schedules and follow up
• document treatment notes in patient charts
• monitor for adverse reactions and seek practitioner intervention when needed
• maintain a clean, sanitized treatment environment
• manage the daily schedule
• protect confidentiality and support a safe, compliant clinical setting.
