What you'll do

• Install and repair customer services including fiber, copper, internet, and TV
• work with aerial and buried cable
• set up routers, Wi-Fi, and home networks
• troubleshoot issues and support customers
• use testing equipment, software, and systems
• maintain service records, timesheets, and vehicle inventory
• participate in an on-call rotation
• travel to other service areas as needed.
