What you'll do

• Build and lead a team of senior embedded software engineers
• represent the team's needs to senior leadership
• mentor engineers and foster technical rigor and ownership
• manage performance cycles and development plans
• contribute to C++ firmware architecture for sensor networks, controls, and power management
• collaborate across disciplines on software-hardware integration
• review code, manage sprint planning, plan releases, and prioritize workloads.
