What you'll do

• Take meal orders
• serve food and beverages with proper portion control
• assist residents with special dietary needs
• prepare, portion, plate, and assemble meals according to the daily menu
• follow safe food-handling practices
• operate the dishwasher
• clean, sanitize, and inventory dishware and kitchen supplies
• maintain dining and kitchen areas.
