What you'll do

• Develop and deliver role-based Kahua training and materials
• provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support
• troubleshoot platform issues and manage support tickets
• administer user accounts, roles, permissions, and access requests
• support configuration, maintenance, testing, updates, and change management
• maintain system, training, and support records
• collaborate with stakeholders on adoption and process improvements
• follow applicable federal, cybersecurity, records-management, accessibility, and client security requirements.
