Housekeeping Inspector

Job overview

The Housekeeping Inspector role is onsite in Parowan, UT. Pay is $17–$20 per hour. Family Time Vacation Rentals manages vacation rental properties and prepares them for guest arrivals. The inspector verifies that designated properties are clean, stocked, and ready for guests, documenting findings and communicating issues to management. The role supports guest and owner satisfaction by identifying cleaning, maintenance, and damage concerns and helping ensure timely resolution.

What you'll do

• Inspect properties for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and wear
• record results in the property care system
• correct and communicate cleaning issues
• monitor inventory and supplies
• report missing, damaged, or maintenance items
• escalate urgent maintenance and damage
• assist with guest and owner complaints
• relay guest feedback to local management
• follow company environmental, health, and safety programs
• attend mandatory meetings and follow property shutdown and turn-on procedures.
