What you'll do

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• evaluate liability, damages, coverage, and case value
• develop case strategy
• monitor treatment and case progression
• communicate with clients
• review medical records and evidence
• prepare and review settlement demands
• negotiate with insurance adjusters and carriers
• evaluate offers and advise clients
• identify cases for litigation transition
• work with case managers, support staff, and litigation attorneys.
