What you'll do

• Arrive 15 minutes before clinic hours to begin operating duties
• prepare patients for physical exams and update medical histories
• clean and stock exam rooms
• answer calls, emails, and correspondence
• make assigned callback calls
• document clearances, medical records, and patient care
• prepare medical record requests
• relieve the front desk receptionist as needed.
