What you'll do

• Support Windows environments, access rights, and domain management across two facilities
• troubleshoot Active Directory access issues and escalate as appropriate
• perform basic networking and PC troubleshooting
• manage folders and domain configurations
• handle routine software support
• document processes and configurations
• cross-train with the existing team.
